What Elumara collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your data - for every order placed on this store.

What we collect
We collect only what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and phone number. If you contact support, we keep that correspondence so warranty and verification requests stay traceable.
We never ask for your date of birth, social security number or bank login details.
Payment data
Card details are captured by the Payoneer hosted checkout with 3-D Secure authentication and never reach our servers - we receive only the confirmation that an order was paid. Wise transfers are initiated by you to our business account; we see the sender reference, not your balance.
All amounts are charged in USD. US customers see no currency conversion.
How we use it
- Fulfil and deliver your order, and email confirmations and tracking.
- Handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- Prevent fraud through the payment gateway's own checks.
- Answer support and business-verification requests.
Where it lives
Order records live in WordPress + WooCommerce on our hosting provider and are retained while the store operates, so receipts and warranty lookups keep working.
This preview store keeps two small items in your browser's local storage:
elumara_cart_v1 (your cart) and elumara_last_order_v1 (the last confirmation you viewed).
Neither is sent anywhere - clear them any time from your browser settings.
Transactional email is sent by our email provider solely to deliver the message you asked for.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. The only parties that touch it are the ones needed to run the store: hosting, the Payoneer payment gateway, Wise for transfers, our email provider and the shipping carrier - each limited to what their job requires.
Your rights
Email support@elumara.com to access, correct, copy or delete the personal data we hold about you. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner, and may ask for the order email to confirm identity.
US state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA rights) apply where relevant - exercising them is free and never changes what you pay.
